Affiliate disclosure

toolcloud.ai is funded by affiliate commissions. This page explains precisely what that means, including the parts most sites leave out.

The short version

If you sign up for a tool through a link on this site, I may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as going direct. Affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page source and pass through a redirect at /api/click so they are identifiable rather than disguised as ordinary links.

Being exact, because vague disclosure is barely disclosure: no tracked affiliate links are live on this site yet. Applications are pending. Outbound links currently point at vendor pages and earn nothing. This page will be updated as programs are approved.

No affiliate relationship — these earn us nothing

These are covered because they belong in the comparison, not because they pay. They are recommended on the same terms as everything else.

What commission does not influence

  • Rankings and verdicts. Commission rate is not an input to any score or recommendation. Our tool finder gives the “I need a free option” result to the lowest-paying tool in the catalogue, because it is the only one with a real free tier.
  • Which tools get covered. Several tools here have no affiliate program at all.
  • Whether criticism gets published. Every review lists drawbacks. A vendor cannot pay to have them removed.

What we do not do

No display advertising. No sponsored posts or paid placement — a vendor cannot buy a listing, a position or a verdict. No selling of visitor data. No paid advertising to referral links, which several programs prohibit and which we would not do anyway.
