Reply.io Review
Multichannel sales engagement with an AI SDR, priced well above the cold-email field.
Pricing and features verified 2026-08-25 · monthly billing; $159/mo billed annually (~17% off) · how we check
Reply combines email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp sequencing with a live B2B data layer and an optional AI SDR that runs prospecting end to end. It is materially more expensive than the rest of this catalog and aimed at sales teams rather than solo senders, with the Email Volume plan pricing on active contacts rather than seats.
Best for: funded sales teams wanting multichannel sequencing and an AI SDR in one platform
Pros
- ✓Unlimited users and mailboxes on the Email Volume plan, priced on contacts not seats
- ✓Genuinely broad channel coverage: email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp
- ✓Email warmup, inbox rotation and a deliverability suite included rather than added on
Cons
- ✕By far the most expensive entry point here — $179/mo against $25-69 for most rivals
- ✕'Unlimited mailboxes' is governed by a Fair Usage Policy tied to your contact limit
- ✕LinkedIn ($69/mo per account) and Calls/SMS ($29/mo per account) are paid add-ons on Email Volume
Our verdict
Reply is the most expensive tool in this catalog by a wide margin and the only one that credibly sells a full sales-engagement stack rather than a sending platform. Email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp sit in one sequencer, warmup and inbox rotation are included rather than added on, and the Email Volume plan prices on active contacts with unlimited users and mailboxes — a genuinely different model from per-seat rivals. Whether it is worth roughly four times Smartlead depends entirely on whether you will use the channels you are buying.
How the pricing actually works
Two plans that work in opposite directions. Email Volume is $179/mo on monthly billing ($159 annually) for unlimited users and mailboxes with 10,000 active contacts a month. Multichannel is $99 per user monthly ($89 annually) and includes LinkedIn and calling but caps mailboxes — 5 on monthly, 10 on annual. So the cheaper-looking plan is per seat and the pricier one is not. Two caveats we will not bury: the LinkedIn and Calls/SMS channels are $69 and $29 per account per month as add-ons on Email Volume, and Reply's own comparison table lower down its pricing page quotes a "from $59" figure that contradicts the $159 on its plan cards. We record the plan cards.
Who it’s for
- →Funded sales teams running genuine multichannel sequences, not just email
- →Organisations that want unlimited users and mailboxes priced on contacts rather than seats
- →Buyers who want warmup, inbox rotation and a deliverability suite included, not assembled
Who should look elsewhere
- →Solo operators and small teams — the entry price is several times the field
- →Anyone whose outreach is email-only, where the multichannel premium buys nothing
- →Buyers who need firm mailbox guarantees; 'unlimited' here is subject to a fair usage policy

Reply.io FAQs
- Is Reply's 'unlimited mailboxes' really unlimited?
- Not without qualification, and Reply says so itself. A Fair Usage Policy applies to Email Volume plans, tying the number of included mailboxes to your active-contact limit and sending activity. Most competitors offering unlimited mailboxes do not attach that condition, so it is worth understanding before you plan around it.
- How much does Reply actually cost?
- Email Volume starts at $179/mo on monthly billing, or $159/mo billed annually. Multichannel starts at $99 per user monthly, $89 annually. The AI SDR product starts at $500/mo. That makes it the most expensive entry point in this catalog by some distance.
- Are LinkedIn and calling included?
- On the Multichannel plan, yes. On Email Volume they are paid add-ons — $69 per account per month for LinkedIn and $29 for Calls and SMS — so budget for them separately if you take the volume plan.
- Can I try Reply before paying?
- Yes, a 14-day free trial covering the core product including sequences, reporting, API and integrations. Given the price point, actually using the trial matters more here than with the cheaper platforms.
