What is collected

Aggregate visit statistics through Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, device type, and page performance timings.

This is cookieless. No cookie is set to track you, no identifier is stored on your device, and visits are not linked into a profile or followed across other sites. That is also why this site has no cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

What the free tools do with what you type

This deserves specifics, because “we value your privacy” is worth nothing next to knowing where the data actually goes.

• Spam word checker, mailbox calculator, ROI calculator, email permutator, tool finder — these run entirely in your browser. Email copy, names, domains and revenue figures you enter are never transmitted to us. You can verify this: disconnect from the network and they still work.
• SPF/DKIM/DMARC checker — this one is different, and it would be dishonest to lump it in with the others. Checking a domain requires DNS lookups, so the domain you enter is sent to our server, which queries public DNS over HTTPS. The domain is not stored, logged or associated with you, and every record it reads is already public to anyone who queries DNS. But the request does leave your browser.

Affiliate links

Outbound links to tools pass through a redirect at /api/click before sending you to the vendor. That redirect exists so links are easy to maintain and are marked rel="sponsored" rather than disguised.

Once you land on a vendor's site you are subject to their privacy practices, not ours. Affiliate programs typically set their own cookie to attribute a signup. We have no control over that and no visibility into what you do there beyond whether a referral converted. See the affiliate disclosure for how the money works.

What is not collected

• No accounts, logins or passwords — there is nothing to sign up for.
• No email addresses. There is no newsletter and no gated content.
• No advertising or retargeting pixels. No data broker integrations.
• No selling or sharing of visitor data. There is no mechanism for it and no intent to build one.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare DNS. Both process standard server request data such as IP address as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse, under their own privacy terms. That is inherent to how any website reaches you.

Opting out of analytics

If you would rather not appear in the aggregate statistics at all, visit toolcloud.ai/?analytics=off. That sets a flag in your browser's local storage which stops analytics events being sent. It is per-browser, and ?analytics=on reverses it.
