We participate in various affiliate programs, including but not limited to Copy.ai, Writesonic, Jasper, and Notion AI. This means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through our affiliate links, at no additional cost to you.

Our reviews and recommendations are intended to be honest and unbiased. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

5. Products and Purchases

Digital products are currently in development. When available, purchases will be processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to the respective payment processor's terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see below).

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Requests may be denied if the product files have been downloaded extensively or the license abused.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ToolCloud AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

Product descriptions are for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolCloud AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. The continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
